Anyone got a favorite rum based cocktail recipe.... that does NOT involve mint (i.e. mojitos)

I had ambitions to make mojitos one night, bought the rum and then the wife reminded me that she enjoys mint like a spider enjoys the business end of my shoe. That is to say not much.

So now I have a 750 of rum and feel like drinking it straight may not be the best idea I've ever had.
